We are called SAMPLIA MEDIA S.L., (SAMPLIA), NIF/CIF B65964074 and registered at Mar de Bering Nº2C – 28033 Madrid, and we are owners of the Samplia App. To be able to use it, you need to register and for that we will treat your data with the objectives outlined below.

Do we share your data with third parties?
In principle, we will not communicate your share your information with anyone. We will only do so informing you first of whom the receiver of the information is and for what they will need it and we will request your explicit consent. The basis for the legitimacy is your consent. However, in certain cases you will only be able to receive products from the Samplia machine if you have accepted to share your information with one of our advertisers. In that case, we will communicate your data according to the information that is available.
In charge of the information treatment:
The services offered by Samplia require the recruitment of hosting, processing and storing, among other technical issues, like the development and maintenance of software. Specifically, the technological services are offered by the companies listed in the following link [ENLACE].
The data processing conducted by the above-mentioned companies treat, by contract, the data in a safe manner and according to the GDPR.
However, you are informed that Samplia may replace the third-party companies with a duly signed contract and always respecting your privacy
You may revoke your consent to the treatment, exercising your rights to Access, rectification, deletion, portability, opposition and limitation to the treatment, making it known to Samplia by sending an email to email@example.com or notifying it to the address mentioned above, specifying “Data Protection” as the subject.
In both cases, your notification should be accompanied by an official document that identifies you, to prevent third parties from accessing your information. You can also notify any change or request to unregister to the above-mentioned addresses.
If you wish for your account to be deleted along with the information linked to it, you may also do so in the user area of the app.
If at any point you think it is convenient, you may also issue a claim at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
